What is your primary product or service?
We provide service and installation of heating, cooling, controls, and plumbing products. We also do drain cleaning and energy management consultation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning business since 2002 as both a project manager and business owner.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are very community centered and have over a century of civic involvement as well as the same amount of business service expertise.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are based here in Traverse City but also, through our parent company Hurst Mechanical, serve the entire Western portion of MI.

We are located off Barlow Street on the south side of Traverse City.

All of the Western side of Northern MI within 70 miles of Traverse City.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Hurst Mechanical but we are autonomous for the Traverse City operation.

8-5 M-F in the office with 7 day/ 24hrs service dispatch.
